Congratulations on your new play tower from <tc>Petit Seal</tc>!

1. Delivery and Acceptance of Play Tower

To ensure that the delivery and assembly go smoothly, we have compiled some important information for you.

Your play tower will likely be delivered in two parts: One package will come via courier service, and a pallet will be delivered by a freight company. Our reliable freight company will usually contact you by email, sometimes by phone, to arrange a delivery date.

Important: Please always accept the delivery, even if you notice any damages. Carefully check the condition of the pallet and the boxes for any external damages and note any defects found on the bill of lading. In this case, please take photos of the damage and the bill of lading and send them to us via email or WhatsApp.

When unpacking, please check against the list included in each box to ensure all parts are present. Each wooden part is also marked with a part number. If you find anything missing, please inform us immediately via email or WhatsApp.

Then, download the appropriate assembly instructions and check the first pages for the completeness of the accessories.

Once you have received and checked everything, you can plan the assembly. However, please note: Do not plan too early! During transport, damages can occur or parts can get lost. But don't worry, we at Petit Seal are always by your side and will support you wherever we can.

We wish you a lot of fun assembling and many joyful hours on your new play tower!

Everything You Need to Know: Care and Treatment of Your Wooden Play Tower

3. Wood Treatment and Care

Wood is a wonderful natural product, and we are proud to use it in our play towers. We have chosen a type of wood from the cedar family because it is naturally resistant and does not require chemical treatment. However, please be reminded that it is still a natural product - and that's exactly what makes it so special and valuable.
