1. Check the outer packaging for damage: Please make sure that the packaging of your delivery is not damaged or shows signs of tampering. If this is the case, we recommend that you alert the delivery person and check the condition of the goods directly upon delivery.
2. Note visible damage on the bill of lading: If there is visible damage to the packaging or the goods, we ask you to note this on the delivery person's bill of lading. This way, we can later understand what happened during delivery and possibly react more quickly.
3. Check the goods for completeness and integrity: Please open the packaging and check the contents of your delivery for completeness and integrity.If something is missing or damaged, please contact our customer service immediately. We will take care of a replacement as soon as possible.
4. Only sign the delivery note if the goods are in perfect condition: If you are unsure whether the goods are flawless, please do not sign the delivery note, but contact us immediately. We will then find a solution together.

We chose a canvas fabric because it is particularly sturdy yet pleasant to touch. Moreover, we have developed a Special Edition made of water-repellent canvas to offer our customers even more choices.

For the filling of our products, we use super fluffy, long-fiber polyester. When selecting the filling, it was particularly important to us that it is breathable and retains its shape. This means that our products will maintain their original shape even after being washed in the washing machine.

Our filling is certified according to EN71-3 and OKEO-TEX Standard 100, which means it meets the highest quality standards. We place great importance on ensuring that our products are not only high-quality but also meet the highest safety standards.

We want to make sure that you enjoy your Petit Seal Baby Lounger for a long time. Therefore, we would like to explain how you can best wash and care for it.

The Baby Lounger can easily be washed in the washing machine. Please use standard, non-aggressive detergents and wash it at 30°C (or colder, to protect the environment). Please make sure not to spin it too hard - we recommend a maximum of 800 revolutions. Do not use any bleach.

Please note that the fabrics may shrink by about 2-4% after the first wash. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality of the product.

Before washing, you must absolutely remove the genuine leather handle, as it is not washable. The snap buttons are rust-free and do not need to be removed.

After washing, you should dry the Petit Seal Baby Lounger lying flat and preferably not directly in the sun. Please do not use a dryer, as it is not suitable for this purpose.
