FitWood AARNI Wall Bar

AARNI wall bars are multifunctional training devices for bodyweight training and gymnastics in an innovative and stylish Scandinavian design. The exercises on the wall bars can be easily adjusted to different strength levels, as the intensity of the workout can be changed, for example, by adjusting the body angle.

Climbing walls are an excellent way to keep the whole family engaged. The climbing wall is not only a great fitness device for adults but also an excellent training tool for children to improve their agility, coordination, balance, and strength. Not to mention the endless hours of fun they can provide for the entire family!

Due to the horizontal distance of the upper part from the frame, AARNI wall bars allow for a greater variety of exercises than conventional wall bars and are optimal for pull-ups and various abdominal exercises.

Similar to powerlifting bars, the upper grips of the AARNI wall bars are 30 mm thick, and the round shape of the rungs and upper grips ensures a natural and comfortable firm grip. More detailed information and measurements can be found under 'Additional Information'.

To make the wall bars even more versatile, you can combine them with resistance bands or our ULPU gymnastic rings. This allows you to perform a greater variety of exercises, from assisted pull-ups to bodyweight rowing. For children, we recommend the ULPU MINI gymnastic rings.

The frame of the AARNI climbing wall is made from sustainably sourced, laminated solid birch wood. The rungs are made of solid birch wood, and the upper part is made of durable birch plywood.

AARNI wall bars are designed and manufactured in Finland. They were developed to support an active lifestyle without compromising on design and sustainability.

The wall bars are attached to the wall using two mounting plates. The package includes screws that are suitable for mounting the wall bars on the most common types of concrete walls or wooden studs behind a drywall. Please make sure to use screws that are appropriate for your walls. FitWood always recommends having the wall bars installed by a professional to ensure proper and safe installation.

Please note that slight bending protects the joints of the climbing walls when they are used frequently. Children should only use the climbing walls under adult supervision.
