The ULPU gymnastic rings offer a variety of options for training strength and coordination. Due to their instability, gymnastic rings are also an excellent choice for training mobility and balance.

Gymnastic rings are a wonderful training tool for things like bodyweight rowing, muscle ups and various abdominal exercises. They can also be used to complement traditional bodyweight exercises like planks and lunges or to support more challenging exercises like pistol squats.

Gymnastic rings provide a fun and dynamic way to exercise, which is why they are very popular with children. Playing with gymnastic rings improves children's strength and coordination while being fun.

ULPU gymnastic rings are made from sustainably sourced birch plywood. The wooden surface provides the most comfortable and firm grip. The gymnastic rings come with durable FitWood straps that can be used to attach the gymnastic rings to the ceiling or, for example, to our AARNI wall bars. The recommended installation width for the gymnastic rings is about 50 centimeters.

The dimensions of ULPU gymnastic rings comply with official standards for gymnastic rings. ULPU gymnastic rings are designed and manufactured in Finland. They are designed to support an active lifestyle without compromising on design or sustainable values.

Please ensure that the gymnastic rings are correctly assembled and that the straps are tight before each use. Check the straps regularly for any damage. Small children should only use the gymnastic rings under adult supervision.
