This Wobbel Original made of unpainted FSC®-certified beech wood can be painted and finished as desired. Let your creativity run wild and create your own unique Wobbel.

Painting recommendation: For painting, we recommend an ecological, child-friendly water-based varnish.

When attaching felt or cork, it is important to use a good water-based varnish. Felt and cork do not adhere to oils and hard wax oils.

Oils and hard wax oils are not suitable for toys because they can cause stains on clothing and on floors and furniture.

For creative expression, we have had good experiences with acrylic paint (thin layer), Posca paint pens (food safe after drying) and pyrography. Oil, Liquitex paint markers, spray paint and Ecoline (not colorfast) are less suitable.
